On-boarding new buyer

Dear Members,

I enrolled myself for home buyer service on 9th June 2021. It’s been two days and so far I have not received Solicitors details. Today I was trying to reach the team via telephone and email but my phone calls have ended unattended and have not received any response for my email.

My offer has been accepted and the seller’s agent has been following up with me for solicitor details. Can someone advise how long it usually takes to assign a solicitor and what should I do next to fast track my request?
