We’ve added the ability for buyers to view conveyancing quotes before they know the specific property they are going to buy, or the sales price or mortgage lender have been confirmed.
While this information is required in order to generate an accurate quote and for them to be able to instruct a conveyancer, this allows buyers to research conveyancing quotes earlier in the process.
This functionality is also available to agents who invite their customers to OneDome’s conveyancing service. Our property concierge will also follow up with the buyer after they’ve researched quotes to see how their property search is going.
