We now require the consumer to supply a correspondence address when they instruct a conveyancer

We encourage consumers to add the details of any co-buyers or co-sellers when instructing a conveyancer.

Conveyancers can now download a PDF of results from AML and KYC checks ordered through the product

We’ve also simplified or removed several tasks within the process to make it easy for conveyancers to onboard new clients
