Product improvement: Faster client onboarding

Over the past few weeks, we’ve made several significant improvements to our onboarding process for clients instructing conveyancers through OneDome. These include:

  • We now require the consumer to supply a correspondence address when they instruct a conveyancer

  • We encourage consumers to add the details of any co-buyers or co-sellers when instructing a conveyancer.

  • Conveyancers can now download a PDF of results from AML and KYC checks ordered through the product

  • We’ve also simplified or removed several tasks within the process to make it easy for conveyancers to onboard new clients
