One of the key initiatives that we’ve been pursuing in the first quarter of this year is simplifying our conveyancing proposition, reducing any duplication with your CMS and instead focusing on the consumer experience by communicating status updates and information between conveyancers, consumers and estate agents.
As part of this, we’ve reduced the number of tasks the conveyancer is required to complete on a transaction in OneDome by around 50%.
We are currently working on another range of improvement to our conveyancing product which will continue to make it faster and easier to use and improve the consumer experience.
